We offer bounce houses, inflatable slides (wet and dry options), inflatable obstacle courses and combo units (a mix of bounce house and slide). All of our units are less than 12 months old. We do not rent old units which need two blowers to keep them inflated!  

In additional to our inflatables, we also rent pop-up tents, tables, chairs and similar items to make your party as less stressful as possible.

All of our rental inflatables are less than 1 year old. Our #1 priority is safety, which is why we invest in our rental units to make sure they meet industry safety inspections and codes. 

Quick tip: if you are interested in knowing how old a unit is, you will often find the serial number and manufactured date where the blower connects to the unit.

Yes! Safety is our #1 priority. We recognize that, from time to time, accidents happen, but we want to ensure that we do our absolute best to reduce the risk. Our equipment is fully inspected for delivery and collection by our qualified staff. Any equipment which does not meet our safety standards is immediately removed from our rental stock until it is repaired and re-inspected. We keep a detailed log of all of our equipment inspections.

Yes, we are fully insured for your own piece of mind. However, we highly recommend that home owners who are hosting a party on their property check with their insurance carrier to make sure they are also covered. 

In the unlikely event that an accident occurs in one of our units, you must notify us immediately by calling (914) 222-5357.

Yes! We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well-maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

If you feel that the unit you have rented has not been cleaned to a high enough standard, we want to know. Please email bookings@bouncin-around.com

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at many different occasions throughout the year, including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, summer camps, and much more!

90% of our rentals are for backyard parties. 

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. 

However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. 

If you are renting a water slide from us, please make sure we will have access to a water outlet and standard garden hose which can be connected to the unit. 

For safety reasons, we prefer that our inflatables are set up on grass or a soft surface for safety reasons. 

However, our inflatables can be set up on cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags. 

Once an inflatable has been properly setup, NEVER attempt to move it. 

Yes! Every rental from us includes one large, soft surface safety mat which will be placed at the entrance or exit of your unit. These are included in your rental fee. 

If you would like additional safety mats, please add them to your cart at checkout. Please note that there is an additional rental fee for additional safety mats.

It ranges depending on the equipment. Most of our inflatables are suitable for children 4yrs + and adults. We do have a small selection of inflatable castles which are ideal for children aged 2-4yrs. If you do not see those on the website, please reach out to us and we will happily share the details with you – bookings@bouncin-around.com or use the contact us form below.

For safety reasons, we do not recommend that children under the age of 2yrs use the equipment, or anyone over the age of 18, unless written permission has been provided by PUMP IT UP NY in advance of your event.

We are located in Rye Brook, NY. At the current time, we serve all of our local neighboring towns, including Rye, Port Chester, Purchase, Harrison, White Plains, and Armonk. If your town is not listed, please reach out to us to see if we can deliver it to your area.

We do not offer character visits today. If you are looking for characters to come to your party, please let us know and we will happily put you in touch with one of our recommended partners.

We currently do not charge any delivery fees within a 10-mile radius of our facilities. For locations which are further than 10 miles, there is a minimum fee which is added to your booking, depending on your location. Reach out to us for more information on delivery fees if you are outside of the 10-mile radius – bookings@bounce-around.com

Our delivery hours start at 7am and end around 9pm. When you book with us online, you can select your delivery and pickup timeframe in advance to ensure it meets your needs. If you need to change those times, just send us an email and we will gladly help – bookings@bouncin-around.com.

Please note: We know that plans change and we will always try our hardest to accommodate your requests. However, sometimes it is not possible due to other commitments. Please do your best to select the exact time you need the rental for when you book with us.

We will always do our best to provide you with a delivery window 24hrs in advance (normally via text message or email) so you can plan accordingly. However, we sometimes get stuck in traffic and can be delayed. 

Our units can be used in light rain as long as precautions are taken to cover the blowers and electrical items. 

However, they cannot be used during windy conditions and heavy rain. Our delivery team will inform you of what to do if any of these conditions occur during your rental at the time of drop off. From time-to-time, we experience unpredictable weather conditions. If this happens, we will immediately notify you by text message and phone call of what you must do. 


If we know in advance that there will be bad weather on the day of your rental, you have a choice to either cancel or reschedule for another day. However, we need 48 hours’ notice in this situation. As always, we will do our best to accommodate any weather changes, but it all depends on equipment availability. 

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Up to 7 days notice – no charges or fees
  • 7-5 days notice – $50 fee incurred
  • Less than 48 hours – $100 fee incurred
We will always do our best to accommodate rebooking for another date so you do not incur any fees.

PLEASE NOTE: Any weather-related cancellations are outside of this policy. We do not rent units in bad weather, it’s unsafe and safety is our top priority. Therefore, we do not charge any cancellation fees relating to weather. We will offer you an alternative rain date or refund your deposit. 

Our team will arrive with your equipment prior to your party starting. We always like to be the first to the party so we will be there in plenty of time before it starts. The team will go through everything with you (what you ordered, contract, paperwork, collection times etc.). They will set up the equipment in the safest place closest to where you recommend. 

Please note, we do not place equipment beneath large trees with falling leaves or debris, power lines or near buildings. We also do not place equipment within 50ft of any potential source of fire

All equipment will be secured with tie-down kits. Our team will then walk you through the equipment showing you how to use it. They will also provide a safety overview and an opportunity for you to ask as many questions as possible. We will leave our contact information with you in case you need to contact us during the rental. You’ll then be all set to have fun!

On pickup of the equipment, it’s simply the reverse. We will do a walkthrough of the equipment with you where we will inspect the equipment for any damage or safety issues. The team will pack everything up and we will be on our way.

PLEASE NOTE: An adult over the age of 18 MUST BE present during delivery and pickup. We reserve the right to not leave any equipment at the location if an adult is not present.

You are responsible for the equipment during your rental period. You will be responsible for any and all damage which occurs due to misuse as per your rental agreement.

The equipment MUST be supervised at all times by a responsible adult aged 18+ while it is in use. NEVER LEAVE THE EQUIPMENT UNSUPERVISED WHILE IN USE.

Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW)

Our Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW) provides peace of mind for your rental experience. For a small additional fee of 10% of the total rental fee, you are fully protected against any accidental damage that may occur during the rental period.

What does the ADW cover?

The ADW covers accidental damages to the rented bounce house during the rental period. This includes damages caused by normal use, such as minor tears, stains, or punctures.

What is not covered by the ADW?

The ADW does not cover damages resulting from intentional misuse, neglect, or reckless behavior. It also does not cover damages caused by unauthorized use of the equipment or if the unit has been moved from its original setup location.

How does it work?

If accidental damage occurs during the rental period and you have opted for the ADW, simply report the damage to us as soon as possible. We will assess the damage and take care of the repair or replacement costs, ensuring that you are not held liable for the damages covered by the ADW.

Why choose the ADW?

Choosing the ADW offers you peace of mind knowing that you are protected against unexpected damages that may occur during your rental. It allows you to enjoy your rental experience without worrying about the potential costs of accidental damages.

Note: The ADW is an optional add-on and is not mandatory for renting our equipment. All renters are automatically opted-in to the ADW program, however, the renter has the choice to remove the coverage during the checkout process. We highly recommend considering it for added protection and convenience.
